How do I track my order?
Most items are designed internally and then sent to a printer for creation & delivery. Most items should arrive in 5-8 business days. If after 10 business days you have not received your item, please reach out to our support staff => growthkit@MyAdvocateFinancial.com
How do I place a custom order?
If you look just north of this section, you'll see a form for custom items made specifically for you and/or your agency! This can be a custom kit, or just one item, give it a try!
How do I return an item?
Unfortunately, since all orders are processed through third party-vendors, returns are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order or you need to cancel an order, Advocate Financial will work with you personally to resolve your issue!
What happened to the ProShop?
While the ProShop provided custom items On-Demand, it lacked a personal touch and limited design capabilities. With Advocate GrowthKit, get YOUR items YOUR way, at industry low pricing!
I want to add an item to a pre-set template!
Have a QR code you want added to a pre-designed brochure or need a fax number added to a business card? Add small items to templates free of charge, just add the request into the notes and be sure to attach any needed files in your submitted form!
Do I need to be contracted with Advocate Financial to purchase items?
